Distinctively Me Corporate Events
'The Confidence to Be You'
Confidence is one of the single largest issues that hinder women progressing up the corporate ladder whilst working in a way that suits them. Women's levels of self-perception are vastly different to that of their male counterparts. Where men tend to overestimate their professional abilities and performance, women are guilty of underestimating their capabilities.
Our "Confidence to Be You" event aims to address the issue of confidence and our team of experts will help women to give themselves permission to be the best they can be.
'The Confidence to Be You' is hosted by Jill White, Founder of Distinctively Me. Jill is an entrepreneur who, after 30 years working in the corporate world, set up her clothing brand at the age of 55. Jill's passion is about helping women, whatever their body shape, age or personal situation to feel the best version of themselves.
The event will run for 3 hours. The session will be broken into two parts. In the first part of the session we will hear speakers who will give insights into how to build confidence both from within and from the outside. The speakers will include:
The second part of the session will be for networking across the attendees. There will also be the opportunity to see the range of products offered by the Panel of Businesses, and discounts will be offered for purchases on the night.
